Land Criteria & Opportunities

  • Urban or suburban properties, preferably near public transit, job centers and walkable to services and stores
  • Special interest in properties adjacent or near transit-oriented development.
  • Preferred but not required land already zoned for multifamily development
  • Ideally, at least a 1-acre lot size and up to 30-acre lot size
  • Able to accommodate at least 65 apartments
  • Joint venture structures will be considered
