Josh Rinehart

Josh Rinehart joined USA Properties Fund in February 2025 as Director of Field Operations.

Mr. Rinehart has over twenty years of experience in field supervision and construction operations.  Prior to his current role, he served fourteen years as a Senior Superintendent with USA Construction Management, overseeing day-to-day field activities, subcontractor scheduling and coordination, inspections, delay mitigation and communication among project stakeholders.  Throughout his tenure, Mr. Rinehart successfully delivered numerous large-scale projects, refining his capabilities in project logistics, critical-path scheduling, and field-driven problem resolution.

As Director of Field Operations, Mr. Rinehart manages all site personnel across multiple construction projects throughout the Bay Area, the Sacramento region and Southern California, providing leadership, oversight, and strategic direction to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
