Richard Truempler

Richard Truempler joined USA Properties Fund as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development in November 2024.

Mr. Truempler brings nearly three decades of diverse experience in real estate development, spanning all phases of the process across residential, office, and retail sectors. He has successfully developed market-rate rental communities, for-sale townhomes, affordable housing, neighborhood shopping centers, Class A office buildings, and manufacturing facilities.

His passion for affordable housing stems from one of his most memorable early career moments—handing the keys to a family moving into a safe, clean, and affordable home. Mr. Truempler is excited to join USA Properties Fund, where he can once again make a meaningful impact on communities and rekindle that rewarding experience.

He joined USA Properties Fund after serving as Senior Vice President of Development for The Core Companies since 2019. Previously, Mr. Truempler was Vice President of Real Estate Development for The Sobrato Organization in Mountain View.

Mr. Truempler earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management from St. Mary’s College of California in Moraga.
