Kristina Gomez

Kristina (Kris) Gomez brings more than 15 years of senior leadership and human resources experience. As Vice President of People and Culture at USA Properties Fund, she leads key HR functions including employee relations, benefits, recruiting, and talent development. Kris is passionate about leadership development, people operations, and fostering a workplace culture where employees can thrive. She is deeply committed to USA Properties Fund's mission of creating outstanding communities and believes that empowered employees are the foundation for making a lasting impact in the communities the company serves.

Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San José State University and maintains two professional certifications: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
